Known by many as the innovation District, the Seaport District is rapidly becoming one of Boston’s most popular neighborhoods, beloved by young professionals and empty nesters alike. Many tech companies, startups, venture capital firms, and biotech companies call this fast-paced area home.  New construction condos and apartments as well as retail fill Seaport Boulevard with plenty of projects in the pipeline. Residents experience Boston’s new trendy restaurants and nightlife in what seems to be its own city. Located a couple of blocks from Seaport Boulevard is what locals refer to as Fort Point. Although new construction buildings are currently being developed, this area is predominately comprised of industrial looking buildings, some of which are home to New England’s largest artist community.
