Two bedrooms, both Queen beds, one bathroom. Lovely living room, Large kitchen, front porch room with Expansive views. Washer/ dryer in Basement. (No interior access ) References and credit check required. No PETS and NO SMOKING. Tenant responsible for all utilities and one half month's broker fee at signing. Showings must be on Saturdays between 10 - 2pm.
