**A Buyer's Agent has a fiduciary responsibility to the buyer.  Under this relationship, the Buyer's Agent must act in the buyer's best interests from initial offer to negotiation to closing.  In Massachusetts, the seller of a home or condo is responsible for paying the commission to both the Buyer's and Seller's Agent under the Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") contract.  Therefore, there is no cost to work with a Buyer's Agent.
